They have to submit numerous documents to us on a daily basis, in order for the sale to progress to completion and the equity loan to be secured against the property. New Homes Law have always been very easy to work with, and if there have been any issues, they have been quick to rectify them. They have a good knowledge of the Help to Buy process and paperwork, which helps the sales to go through smoothly.
